Some partnerships become especially meaningful.
In 2024, All for Lunch joined Deloitte’s Oregon community as a beneficiary of its annual charity golf event, bringing together Deloitte professionals, business partners, sponsors and supporters around a shared commitment to giving back.
That first year of partnership resulted in $25,000 for All for Lunch, which was directed toward addressing school lunch debt for students in Portland Public Schools.
And then Deloitte came back.
In 2025, All for Lunch was once again selected as a nonprofit beneficiary of Deloitte’s Oregon charity golf event. On August 22, the Deloitte Oregon Golf Classic brought the community together at Langdon Farms Golf Club near Portland for another day of golf, giving and local impact.
That second year brought another $25,000 to All for Lunch.
Across two years, Deloitte and its community provided $50,000 to All for Lunch, with the funds directed toward helping take the burden of lunch debt off students’ plates in Portland Public Schools.

Two Years of Showing Up for Portland Students
What began with one event in 2024 didn’t end when the final putt dropped.
Deloitte welcomed All for Lunch back in 2025, continuing a relationship rooted in a shared commitment to supporting students and families.
For All for Lunch, another $25,000 meant another opportunity to turn that generosity into something tangible for Portland students. Together, the two years of partnership provided $50,000 toward school lunch debt in Portland Public Schools.
And while $50,000 is a number worth celebrating, what it represents matters even more.
It means helping clear balances that can become a source of stress for families. It means helping schools address debt that accumulates when students need lunch but there isn’t enough money in their meal accounts. Most importantly, it helps keep an adult financial issue from becoming something a child has to carry through the school day.
When a Community Comes Together
One of our favorite things about partnerships like this is how many people are behind them.
A charity golf event may happen in a single day, but making that day successful takes an entire community. Deloitte’s events bring together employees, corporate sponsors, business partners, volunteers and supporters, all contributing toward a shared purpose.
That collective effort is what ultimately allowed All for Lunch to put $50,000 to work for students in Portland Public Schools.
It is also what makes returning for a second year so meaningful.
A single event can make an impact. A partnership that continues can build on it.
A Partnership We’re Proud to Continue
At All for Lunch, we believe students should have access to lunch at school, regardless of their financial situation at home. School lunch debt may begin as a number in an account, but for the families carrying those balances, the pressure behind that number can be very real.
Partnerships give communities a way to do something about it.
Over two years, Deloitte’s Oregon community has turned days on the golf course into $50,000 of support for Portland students. That is an impact made possible not by one person or one organization, but by a community choosing to show up together.
And they chose to do it twice.
We are incredibly grateful to Deloitte, its sponsors, participants, volunteers and everyone who helped make these events possible. Most of all, we’re grateful for a partnership that has continued to grow and for the opportunity to turn that generosity into meaningful support for students and families.
Two years. $50,000. And a shared commitment to making the school day a little easier for Portland students.
That’s a partnership worth celebrating.
